Chef De Partie - Dim Sum - Yauatcha Soho London

We are in search for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our leading Dim Sum Kitchen Team at Yauatcha Soho!

The ideal Chef de Partie has:

• Previous relevant experience within luxury restaurants/hotels would be a distinct advantage;
• Passion for cooking and exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible;
• Good command of English and/or Mandarin Chinese with the ability to communicate confidently;
• Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a kitchen team;
• Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation as well as menu development;
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
