MAS Matrix is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS Matrix. This role would enable you to attend core meetings of the business unit, preparing meeting minutes and follow-ups, and monitoring action points 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze business trends in terms of Business, Customer, Product and Seasonal Changes to gain competitive advantage
• Develop company presentations and updates based on company strategies and products for customers to maximize competitiveness and fulfill organizational capacity
• Analyzing ongoing systems and work methods under operations sector whilst highlighting any deviations from standards and getting involved in check and adjust process on monthly basis 
• Assist the Director by Managing all confidential documents and files including files such as those pertaining to Customer, Business, Legal agreements
• Collate and provide information on sales, capacity, productivity, HR and profitability analysis for management and other departments for decision making and meet business requirements
• Follow up on projects and initiatives initiated by the Director by providing updates on time in order to ensure successful project completion
• Attending core meetings of the business unit, preparing meeting minutes, follow-ups, and monitoring action points 

Knowledge And Skills:

• Degree in Business Analytics or Business Management  
• Specific Experience Required Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in analytics preferably in apparel manufacturing
• Exposure to governance and compliance 
• Knowledge in Oracle and SAP 
• Good communications skills
