Management Trainee - Dye House

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing lab dips and shade cards in accordance with customer specifications.
• Learn the full shade development process from lab to bulk, including testing and recipe creation.
• Support the team in coordinating color approvals and ensuring accuracy in shade continuity.
• Maintain and update color databases, approval records, and bulk reference files.
• Observe and support troubleshooting activities related to color deviations in production.
• Participate in internal review meetings and customer discussions where required.
• Adhere to chemical handling and safety procedures as part of the Color Kitchen team.

Qualification And Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Textile Technology, Applied Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A keen eye for color, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of textile dyeing processes will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Office and data handling.
