Position Summary

This role supports the efficient operation of a busy cardiology practice by supervising office functions and team members. Responsibilities include oversight of interviewing, training & development of staff, scheduling, and medical records management.

Responsible for 5 Registration Specialists and 10 Medical Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate office staff
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling and records
  • Ensure compliance with medical and administrative protocols
  • Support physicians and staff in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Additional: Quarterly- One-on-one meetings with each team member, MA Council subcommittee responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent years of experience)
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
  • Prior experience in an office supervisory role is required
