Within the Product Engagement team, we make sure customers get the most out of their connectivity and entertainment products. We develop campaigns to get customers more engaged with our products. We alert customers to features they are not yet using and guide them through necessary software and hardware migrations. As a result, they use the products more often, we reduce churn and optimize customer lifetime value.

As Go to Market Manager Horizon Swaps within the Product Engagement team, you will be responsible for our Horizon swap program. By the end of 2026 we want to have all our customers migrated from their old settop box to the new Telenet TV box.

Your responsibilities as a Go to Market Manager Horizon Swaps

  • As a Go to market manager, you will dig into our customer base and define a strategy to approach and convince all customers to swap. You identify and target the right customer segments with a tailored positioning.
  • You translate this strategy into concrete go-to-market briefings for your internal stakeholders.
  • You act as the central pivot between Product Management, Care, Retail, Corporate Communication, Supply Chain and many other stakeholders.
  • In your role, you will work closely with our Brand & Campaign manager, UX/UI designer and CRM Analyst. Together, you will develop data-driven, personal and creative campaigns.
  • You excel in project & stakeholder management by orchestrating tasks efficiently & ensuring timely delivery. You continue seeking effective communication and resource strategies.
  • You continuously monitor performance, analyze results, and adjust your plans to achieve the monthly swap targets and KPIs.

  • You have 5-7 years of relevant experience in go-to-market management, brand management, or product management, with a proven ability to translate propositions into effective GTM strategies.
  • You are driven by customer satisfaction and growth, with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
  • You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and insights, monitor business performance, and translate them into tactical actions.
  • You excel in stakeholder management and problem-solving thinking.
  • You think conceptually and strategically and confidently make and defend decisions across the organization.
  • Your enthusiasm is contagious, and you know how to get things done – even when you must manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally, you have a master's degree in Communication or Applied Economics
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
