Business Development Manager – OT
Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – OT to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in France.
You would act as the key Account Manager for Operational Technology (OT) opportunities across France, partnering closely with Field Sales, Systems Engineers, Channel Partners, and Competence Center leaders.
As a Business Development Manager – OT, you will:
- Drive OT sales by developing and supporting strategic partnerships and direct customer engagements.
- Build and execute account and marketing plans to penetrate key OT sectors.
- Generate and qualify a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Deliver impactful training and enablement sessions to partners and customers on Fortinet’s OT solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Systems Engineers, Product Management, Marketing, and Channel teams to align strategies and avoid conflicts.
- Lead customer engagements to identify complex security challenges and position Fortinet’s solutions effectively.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and partners, ensuring Fortinet’s value is clearly understood.
- Provide outstanding service and problem resolution to Fortinet customers.
We Are Looking For:
An insightful and influential collaborator to join our team. We encourage you to apply for this position if you have the following qualities:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or territory management, ideally in OT, cybersecurity, or networking.
- Proven ability to build strategic plans and marketing initiatives with partners and customers.
- Demonstrated success in solution selling with a hunter mentality and a track record of quota achievement.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both French and English.
- Deep understanding of technologies such as SASE, VPN, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Intrusion Prevention, and Content Filtering.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within France as required.
