This is a career-defining opportunity to own and build the demand generation function for an established, fast-growing company. As our Demand Generation Lead, you'll be the architect of our entire demand engine—creating the strategy, systems, and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role where you lead the discipline end-to-end, with real budgets, proven product-market fit, and the backing to do demand gen the right way. As the company scales rapidly, you'll scale with it—this is a role with serious growth potential for a self-starter ready to make their mark.
What will you do?
- Performance Marketing: Own and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns to generate qualified enterprise leads.
- SEO & Content Performance: Supervise our SEO agency to boost rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Channel Innovation: Lead ABM campaigns and experiment with affiliates, influencers, and new growth channels.
- Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze performance across campaigns; translate data into actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product marketing, content, and sales to maximize impact.

Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech.
- Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, paid social, ABM, and multi-channel demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance across multiple channels.
- Technical edge (analytics, integrations, tracking) is a plus.
- Growth mindset — eager to experiment, iterate, and scale what works.
- Management experience is an advantage, but not required.
