About The Role
Take ownership of large-scale performance campaigns across platforms, collaborating with creative, product, and data teams to develop impactful strategies and drive growth. This is your chance to shape our marketing efforts while working with talented, friendly professionals in a vibrant work environment.
What You’Ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize global performance campaigns to drive user growth across multiple products.
- Initiate new activities on various advertising platforms (E.g, social, native)
- Work with external vendors - managed / self-serve DSP’s and adnetworks
- Serve as the main focal point for new growth opportunities in the marketing team
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, optimize creatives, and uncover opportunities for new product types.
- Design and run A/B tests, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to improve results.
- Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to implement cutting-edge acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, data) to align marketing efforts with product goals and user needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in user acquisition/media buying/account management - managing campaigns for global companies.
- Hands-on expertise with Facebook, Taboola, and other key marketing platforms.
- Experience in working with direct / managed media partners on performance KPI’s.
- Pop/push media buying in platforms such as: Propeller ads, Adsterra, Adcash etc.- advantage
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
- Experience integrating with performance tracking & automation platforms (e.g., Voluum, RedTrack) is a strong plus.
- A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges and a genuine passion for continuous growth.
