We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Leader to define and execute our sales vision across the EMEA-I region. This role covers the full spectrum of Chemelex sales - across industrial, commercial, and residential channels, as well as direct sales operations throughout the region. The position encompasses sales of both projects and products, requiring a strategic approach to diverse market demands. Success requires a proven ability to penetrate new verticals, drive profitable growth, and build a high-performing sales team in a complex, multi-channel environment.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential sales with the agility to manage diverse markets. They bring a network of industry relationships, a hunter’s drive to win new business, and the leadership skills to develop talent and scale results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Build and deliver a comprehensive sales strategy that addresses all channels (industrial, commercial, residential) and direct sales, balancing topline growth with margin expansion.
• Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team, including regional managers, account executives, and channel partners, creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous growth.
• Drive penetration into new verticals and geographies where Chemelex’s expertise creates measurable customer value.
• Strengthen market presence through strategic relationships with distributors, EPCs, contractors, and end users. Identify and onboard new partners to expand market access.
• Actively manage key accounts and project pursuits, including direct negotiations, solution development, and relationship building with executive decision-makers.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and position Chemelex for long-term advantage.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, product development, operations, and finance to ensure sales priorities align with business objectives and operational capabilities.

YOU HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, engineering, or related field preferred
• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a strong record of success in industrial/EPC environments. Exposure to commercial and residential markets is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to win complex projects and manage long-cycle sales, while also driving growth in transactional/direct channels.
• Experience leading multi-channel and cross-regional teams, with strong coaching and talent development skills.
• Proven success opening new verticals and geographies and translating strategy into measurable financial impact.
• Strong financial acumen and experience balancing margin expansion with topline growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with executive presence to engage at the C-suite level.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales management.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%) across the region.
