What’S The Role?
As a Case Management Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of onboarding Fund clients into Westpac’s Financial Markets business. You’ll manage the end-to-end onboarding process, acting as the key liaison between Relationship Managers, clients, and internal teams. Based in Sydney, this 12 month role will provide the opportunity to work across a broad stakeholder network, ensuring due diligence is completed accurately and efficiently. If you’re detail-oriented, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy building strong relationships—this role is for you.
What do I need?
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong mix of industry knowledge, stakeholder engagement, and a proactive mindset:
- Solid understanding of FM Product Onboarding, KYC, AML, and compliance standards, with experience across diverse client types and institutional banking products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first approach and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Proven ability to take ownership of processes, drive resolution, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong controls mindset.
- Project management experience and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, systems, and procedures.
