Associate Network Engineer

What’S The Role?

The Associate Network Engineer will be responsible for providing level 2 incident troubleshooting and resolution, monitoring network performance and capacity, and performing network changes in line with business requirements. It will also involve participating in a roster to support extended and out-of-hours operations, contributing to network design and implementation activities, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

What Do I Need? Essential:

• Networking basics – 1-3 years of experience. 
• Troubleshooting Cisco network devices – 1-3 years of experience. 
• Experience with ITIL framework. 
• Networking Certifications - CCNA.

Desirable:

• SD-WAN troubleshooting/implementation.
• Automation skills (Python, etc). 
• Managing enterprise networks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field.
