Objective:

The Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent. This role ensures alignment with the organization’s strategy, market practices, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibility:

Compensation Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage salary structures, grading systems, and pay scales aligned with market benchmarks.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for annual salary increases, promotions, and variable pay programs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design incentive, bonus, and recognition programs

Benefits Management

  • Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.
  • Evaluate current benefits offerings and recommend improvements to optimize employee satisfaction and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure benefits compliance with statutory and legal requirements.

HR Analytics & Reporting 

  • Prepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.
  • Track trends, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Support workforce planning and budgeting with accurate cost analysis of compensation programs

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Maintain documentation and records for audits and internal reviews

Stakeholder Management & Advisory 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support talent retention and workforce engagement strategies.

Desired Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred. 

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems and data analytics tools
