Data Analyst

As part of our fast-growing Data Platform & Digital Team., you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure reliable, accessible, and compliant reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organization.

Job Purpose

Enable data-driven decision making across the business by translating stakeholder needs into trusted datasets, dashboards, and analyses. You’ll own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle— from requirements and data prep to BI delivery—ensuring accuracy, access control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Translate business needs into clear data specifications and deliver actionable analyses
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using SQL and BI tools (preferably Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Understand, structure, and analyze datasets to uncover insights and support business requirements.
• Manage access to reports and ensure proper data governance and compliance.
• Support reporting projects with limited scope or responsibility, ensuring delivery on time and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve data accessibility, reporting processes, and documentation.

Preferred Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (preferably Qlik; knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus).
• Knowledge of Python scoped to pandas and data transformation.
• Strong ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and ability to bridge business language and data language.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice to have: Qlik Sense Business Analyst, SAP Analytics Cloud certifications, or similar BI credentials.
