Senior Analyst

This role will sit with the KGS Digital Workplace team under Digital Experience & Marketing capability. This team is responsible to provide M365, SharePoint, Power Platform and KM related services to Global functions. This role will need you to be at the forefront of all that we do from Platform and Content Management perspective using SharePoint Online and Power Platform. It also requires an individual to be adept at business writing skills that could come in handy when reviewing firm wide guides and policies.

What you will do

• Managing content on SharePoint Online based Global Portals.
• Understanding metadata and taxonomy rules and policies and ensuring content tagging adheres to these rules.
• General site administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online.
• Building standard SO pages according to KPMG design standards and incorporating content as required.
• Hands-on experience working with Canvas Apps and Power Automate.
• Working experience on Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Uploading and amending imagery as required.
• Working within agreed SLAs.
• Making bulk content and metadata changes.
• Be flexible to offer support in any capability (such as Platform and Content).
• Good working knowledge & experience of MS Office products including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar area of study

Work Experience

• The candidate must have to 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm/IT company/internal portal/content teams within key technology companies/procurement function
• Page build on SharePoint Online using out of the box features.
• Good understanding of taxonomy and metadata.
• Content Lifecycle Management.
• Experience building Canvas Apps and automating business processes using Power Automate
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
