Oracle EPM-EPBCS - AM (KDNI)

 EPM team are seeking Assistant Manager (Oracle Hyperion Planning Specialist) to join the growing EPM practice.

We are looking for an experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space.

The Role Would Require:

• Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment.
• Requirement gathering from client
• Excellent stake holder management
• Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs.
• Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements
• Capability to deliver high quality, well developed solutions within constraints of time.
• Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirement

• Must have a complete project lifecycle experience in a Planning and Budgeting Project.
• Must have 7-9 years’ Experience with PBCS, EPBCS or Workforce\Capex Modules in On Prem Environment.
• Should have experience of 2-5 end to end implementation
• Experience of leading a team/team located across locations
• Proficient in writing Business Rules and Calc scripts
• Experience with Forms Building, Task List, Security and all other artifacts of the planning tools.
• Familiar with Application tuning and Optimization
• Experience in ASO cubes, ASO optimization and MDX member formulas
• Good understanding and experience with Data flow between applications.
• Expertise in Data Validation
• Experience in HFR and Smart View
• Should have Knowledge in Batch/Shell scripts
• Should have Experience with automation and scheduling Jobs
• Should have experience in client issues handling, requirement gathering
• Create and Demo EPBCS, Custom PBCS application to clients
• Ability to train internal staff in Hyperion planning, PBCS, EPBCS, Essbase, Integrations tools etc. of EPM suite
• Experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and admin guides etc.

Good To Have

• Working Knowledge on FDMEE/FDQM/DM
• Basic understanding of DRM/EDMCS
• Graduate qualification (B. E/ B. Tech)/MBA/MCA
• 7-9 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion tools, PBCS and EPBCS.
• Hands-On experience in building and leading both Out of the box and customized PBCS applications
• Strong Knowledge of ASO, BSO development and MDX calculations
• Proficiency in Creating, enhancing, and tuning of Business rules
• Ability to create complex reports in FR studio
• Automate tasks that will eliminate repetitive tasks
• Experience in preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and admin guides etc
• Ability to train internal staff in Hyperion planning, PBCS, EPBCS, Essbase, Integrations tools etc. of EPM suite
• Ability to train clients on how to use the application (User guidance       training)
• Excellent communication skills
