Global People Technology Support [GPTS] is a team of 40 professionals based in Bangalore. GPTS provides solutions to KPMG Member Firms globally, leveraging insights and applying best practices. The team supports global implementations along with post implementation support and administration of various HR systems - SAP SuccessFactors GLMS, SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Kaltura Virtual Classroom (VC), SAP MyPD, Qualtrics 360, Qualtrics Survey, Global Mobility and SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment. The team’s responsibilities also include L1/ L2/ L3 support, requirement gathering & analysis, configuration, testing, change request management, documentation, and training.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support SuccessFactors LMS implementations and conversions end-to-end.
  • Manage and support multiple learning platforms including GLMS, ETRF, KSEE, MTM, Credly, Clarus, Degreed, Intuition, Pluralsight, Cultural Wizard, Reporting tools, and Kaltura.
  • Manage change requests, enhancements, and product releases.
  • Standardize processes and create quick reference materials for common issues.
  • Ensure SLA and response time across all LMS portfolios.
  • Handle escalations and set clear expectations with Managed Functions across member firms.
  • Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Coach team members on SLA adherence, best practices, and system functionalities.
  • Manage team leaves and ensure backup coverage during holidays.
  • Reassign tickets effectively to maintain continuity during absences.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s to ensure alignment & engagement.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedforward to team members.
  • Build internal SMEs and drive training & skill development.
  • Identify and deploy relevant training opportunities for the team.
  • Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Promote innovation and process improvement across the team.
  • Train the team on structuring high-quality responses and communications.

Education/ Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Technology.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Certified.
  • Location: Bangalore only (Hybrid work – work for 2 to 3 days from office)
