Roles & Responsibilities
•Support the Product Owner and/or Manager in representing the business needs and translating them into user stories for tool development, ensuring that these stories are clear, concise, and actionable •Support with the roll-out plan including training, deployment, feedback, pilot team selection and communication. Then following this up to ensure user feedback is prioritized for future features or bug fixes. •The Business Analyst will also support the Product Owner / Manager in preparing accreditation documentation and must be able to articulate and defend the rationale behind product decisions. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and information related to audit projects and initiatives. •Configure and customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet the specific needs of projects and teams. •Understand the agile development framework in order to interact daily with the development team •Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to support the organization's strategy and decision-making processes. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. •Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. •Participate in project meetings and workshops, providing analytical support and insights to facilitate informed decision-making and problem-solving. •Assist in the design, development, and implementation of solutions and strategies, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction. •Continuously monitor and analyze project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending appropriate actions.This role is for you if you have the below
Educational Qualifications
•Graduate (B. Com /B. Tech or equivalent)/ ACCA or pursuing ACCA)Work Experience
•7-8 years’ work experience in audit practice/ Project Management in Big 4Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Strong and agile project management skills •Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, actionable insights and recommendations •Experience in one or more application lifecycle management systems such as JIRA or ADO, including configuration, customization, and workflow management •Self-starter and able to self-managePreferred technical & functional skills
•Basic SharePoint and Power biKey Behavioural Attributes/Requirements
•Ability to build relationships quickly with all key stakeholders/contacts. Key deliverable is driving usage of tool/s. This requires close liaison with Tool SMEs/, Champion networks and business contacts as well as end users.
