Academic Requirements:

Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electronic Engineer or related.

Qualification, Knowledge & Experience:

• More than 3 years of experience in problem solving, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
• Technical conversational English level, bilingual desirable.
• Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3. Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwares (Minitab),
• Advanced knowledge and experience in core tools usage (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP).
• Advanced knowledge in hydraulics systems, mechanical and electronics subjects.
• Ability for decision making based on data and proper risk assessment.

Activities:

• Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.
• Communicate and escalate in a proper way any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage.
• Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
• Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and proactivity within the organization.
• Drive containment actions on quality issues.
• Coordinate audits of your staff that contribute to effective evaluations to avoid customer complaints.
• Monitor the performance of audits performed as part of the organization's Quality performance.
• Non-conforming product quarantine and tracking
• Conduct GR&R, CPK study, and SPC follow up
• Active participation in new product launches, acting as a customer.
