We’re on the lookout for a driven, fashion-obsessed Senior Assistant Store Manager to join the Glue crew at our Hobart Store.

About the Role:
As the Senior Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an unbeatable in-store experience. You’ll drive sales, coach your crew, and help bring the Glue Store vibe to life every day.
This is the perfect next step for someone who’s passionate about retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a leading fashion group.
Skills & Experience:
• Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
• A love for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture
• A proven ability to lead, coach and inspire a team
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• High attention to detail with great visual merchandising instincts
• Experience supporting store operations, reporting, and performance KPIs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Help create a positive, inclusive and high-energy work culture
• Step up and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
• Champion best practices in loss prevention and compliance
