Manager (Electromechanical & Instrumentation)

Lead the design, development, and implementation of electromechanical systems and instrumentation for Hydro PSP projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineering drawings and designs that optimize system performance and efficiency.

Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and schedules.

Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for electromechanical components and instrumentation systems.

Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs in Hydro PSP projects.

Ensure the integration of advanced technologies and innovative solutions to improve system reliability and sustainability.

Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for electromechanical and instrumentation equipment.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve project goals.

Support the AGM-Engineering in strategic planning and decision-making related to electromechanical and instrumentation systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in electromechanical systems, instrumentation, and hydroelectric project execution.

Proven expertise in engineering design, project planning, and process optimization within the renewable energy sector.
