Process Engineering

• Expertise in Development of flowsheets and material balances for beneficiation plants.
• Generate BOQs and a list of equipment with sizing and specifications.
• Optimize equipment selection for cost-effective CAPEX and OPEX.
• Finalize basic and detailed engineering in collaboration with consultants.
• Work on the Process engineering inputs, design basis documents, equipment lists, technical specifications to enable in-house engineering and estimation by various interdisciplinary functions and departments

Project Management

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including Mining team, Engineering team and contractors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Strategic Execution

• Define project goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and vendors for cost control and design execution.
• Present progress reports and implement change management strategies.
• Drive technology development and process optimization through R&D initiatives.
• Evaluate project outcomes and ensure continuous improvement.

Leadership & Team Development

• Set performance goals and conduct regular reviews.
• Identify training needs and recommend development programs.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and manage employee relations.
• Lead plant teams to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with corporate strategy teams to identify alliances and integrate business objectives.

Technical Expertise

• Experience in mineral beneficiation. Experience in Heavy Mineral processing plants is highly valued.
• Knowledge of raw material handling, gravity concentration, dewatering, filtration, and agitators.
• Familiarity with tailing disposal systems and slurry pumping.
• Hands-on experience in plant commissioning and operational troubleshooting.
• Degree/PG in Mineral Engineering/Mineral Processing or Metallurgical Engineering 
• 8–12 years of experience in Design & Engineering, project execution, operations and process control in mineral beneficiation plants.
