Deputy Manager - Mine Operations (SCC)

Oversee and manage day-to-day mine operations in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. 

Develop and implement strategies to optimize mining activities and improve productivity. 

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. 

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and address operational inefficiencies.

Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining high quality standards. 

Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. 

Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term operational plans and goals. 

Implement technological advancements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. 

Ensure environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives are integrated into mining operations.

Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders on operational performance and key metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field. 

Valid certification in Mine Management or equivalent. 

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Coal Mining industry.
