Job Purpose: The Site CSR Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing CSR initiatives that address the social, economic, and environmental needs of project-affected communities. A key aspect of the role is building strong relationships with local stakeholders, including village leaders and government authorities, to onboard the local community in favor of the company, thereby facilitating the operationalization of the mine. This role ensures that CSR projects, such as those focused on education, healthcare, and infrastructure development, align with both community needs and the company’s broader business objectives. Additionally, the Site CSR Lead ensures compliance with regulatory and ESG standards, manages partnerships with NGOs and vendors, and tracks project performance, all of which contribute to enhancing the company's reputation and fostering sustainable community development. By engaging and mobilizing local stakeholders, the Site CSR Lead significantly contributes to the company’s business goals and long-term success.
- Site CSR Executive - Mining
- Need Assessment, and Project & Budgetary Planning:
- Conduct need-assessment surveys in collaboration with third-party vendors to understand the requirements of project-affected villages.
Develop and execute the annual CSR plan and budget based on these assessments, prioritizing key areas such as education, health, rural infrastructure, and livelihood development.
Stakeholder Engagement And Liaising:
Build and maintain relationships with village heads, community members, government officials, and local leaders.
Facilitate ongoing engagement with these stakeholders to gain support and ensure smooth execution of CSR activities.
Project Execution, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
Oversee the on-ground implementation of CSR projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and community needs.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR initiatives and village development goals.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
Partner And Vendor Management:
Identify and collaborate with NGOs, local vendors, and service providers for project execution.
Manage procurement processes, raise purchase requisitions, and ensure timely payments to vendors by processing invoices.
Community Mobilization And Public Hearings:
Mobilize community members for participation in CSR projects related to education, health, rural infrastructure, and livelihood development.
Facilitate participation in public hearings related to land acquisition and environmental or forest clearance proceedings.
Media And Communication Coordination:
Coordinate with the site communication team to ensure media coverage of CSR activities in local print and digital platforms.
Highlight CSR achievements and milestones to strengthen public perception and enhance the company's brand.
Regulatory And Esg Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards for CSR activities.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for regulatory audits and stakeholder reviews.
Hr And Community Relations Support:
- Assist the HR team in managing industrial relations and resolving community-related issues.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Master'S Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience (Range Of Years):
