Deputy Manager - Business Excellence

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit requirements

Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement

Develop comprehensive business cases to support recommendations for change

Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews to gather requirements

Evaluate and communicate the impact of proposed changes on processes and systems

Document and maintain clear and accurate business process models, requirements, and related documentation

Work closely with the technical team to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements

Provide support during the implementation of new processes and systems

Conduct thorough testing of new systems and processes to ensure successful implementation

Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new systems

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

7-10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Copper industry or related field
