Are you a seasoned leader/manager with a passion for driving excellence? As an EHCP Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals responsible for optimising the EHCP process. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, overseeing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Role:

As the SEND Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals responsible for navigating and optimising the EHCP process. Your role will involve:

  •  Managing and inspiring a team of EHCP coordinators and Reviewing Officers
  • Overseeing the end-to-end EHCP process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders, including schools, healthcare professionals, and local authorities’ colleagues
  • Monitoring and enhancing team performance through regular feedback and training
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams within the special educational needs sector or wider educational services
  • In-depth knowledge of the EHCP process and associated regulations
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
