Are you a seasoned leader/manager with a passion for driving excellence? As an EHCP Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals responsible for optimising the EHCP process. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, overseeing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The Role:
As the SEND Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals responsible for navigating and optimising the EHCP process. Your role will involve:
- Managing and inspiring a team of EHCP coordinators and Reviewing Officers
- Overseeing the end-to-end EHCP process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, including schools, healthcare professionals, and local authorities’ colleagues
- Monitoring and enhancing team performance through regular feedback and training
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams within the special educational needs sector or wider educational services
- In-depth knowledge of the EHCP process and associated regulations
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
