Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in increasing product adoption within Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). This role is essential in developing and driving targeted marketing strategies that resonate with ASC partners, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of all J&J Medtech surgery product solutions. This includes the full portfolio (Wound Closure & Healing and Biosurgery, and Endomechanical and Energy).
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies for ASCs
- Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the unique needs and dynamics of ASCs.
- Find opportunities to increase product visibility and adoption within ASCs.
- Collaborate with ASC market development managers (MDMs), the core field sales organization (FSO), aligned inside sales team, and platform marketing peers to align strategies and ensure effective execution.
- Lead / support ASC business planning and mid-term planning strategy discussions.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
- Cultivate relationships with ASC administrators, surgeons, and clinical staff.
- Develop targeted messaging and educational initiatives to demonstrate product value and differentiation.
- Organize and attend events, conferences, demonstrations, team meetings, and training sessions within ASCs.
- Coordinate with platform marketers and internal teams to ensure inclusion and relevance for ASC audiences.
- Lead the ASC conference strategy, in close partnership with the MDM team lead.
- Work together with Prof Ed to ensure that ASC relevant educational offerings and materials are being generated and implemented.
- Support key IDN ASC customer meetings to drive differentiated customer value.
- Engage with KAM, JJMT Ortho, and ASC core team members in coordinated cross op co quarterly business reviews to expedite growth opportunities for our largest opportunities.
- Team up with multi-disciplinary partners to implement, complete, and track coordinated omnichannel campaigns to drive incremental revenue and awareness of ASC offerings.
3. Market Analysis & Insights
- Conduct market research to understand ASC needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Track and analyze product adoption metrics and campaign performance.
- Use insights to refine marketing tactics and improve engagement strategies.
- Work with the HEMA team to leverage evidence, creating meaningful assets and campaigns that showcase time savings and cost avoidance tied to key product offerings in ASCs.
- Lead advisory boards to derive insights that ladder to meaningful insights.
4. Develop ASC Relevant Collateral, Support Product Launches, & Campaigns
- Lead marketing efforts for new product introductions within the ASC segment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption.
- Develop collateral, digital content, and campaigns tailored for ASC audiences,
- Collaborate with HCC and legal to establish relevant third party offerings for JJMT Surgery and create related collateral to drive incremental value.
- Create ASC specific assets for omnichannel campaigns, customer business reviews, and conferences.
- Create turnkey programs to support platform initiatives and conversion efforts.
- Collaborate with Comm Ed on ASC-specific educational content and resources.
- Work in tandem with pricing and contracting leads to create ASC relevant kitting, pricing, capital placement, and contracting offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field, required; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience required; Sales/Marketing focus is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the ASC landscape, workflows, and key decision-makers, preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with ASC partners.
This position will be based in Raritan, NJ and requires up to 40% travel, US domestic.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000 - $207,000Additional Description For Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
