WHO WE'RE INVITING TO THE TABLE
True Food Kitchen is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This position is responsible for developing and deploying unique, engaging, and viral digital content for True Food Kitchen. The ideal candidate possesses the vision and drive to leverage data, experience, strong consumer insights, and business understanding to advance the business across multiple guest-facing channels. As a consumer-focused organization where marketing drives revenue, True Food Kitchen requires a Social Media Marketing Manager who can develop and execute campaigns that ensure consistency, growth, and relevance. This position reports directly to the Director of Brand Marketing.
THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies:
• Design and deliver innovative, data-driven strategies that grow brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all major platforms — including Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Substack, and other emerging channels.
• Implement creative campaigns that bring True Food Kitchen’s brand story to life, ensuring content is aligned with business priorities and resonates with target audiences.
• Plan and execute a full calendar of social initiatives — from seasonal menu launches, LTOs, and holidays to giveaways, brand collaborations, and select influencer activations with a focus on driving measurable engagement and conversions.
• Continuously analyze platform insights and campaign performance to refine strategies, maximize ROI, and stay ahead of evolving trends.
Content Creation and Curation:
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, shareable content, including photos, videos/reels, stories, and live streams, that resonate with our target audiences.
• Write clear briefs for content creators and curate dropkits to support campaign launches.
• Curate and repurpose user-generated content to foster community engagement, highlight authentic guest experiences, and amplify brand storytelling.
• Proactively identify and act on social trends, producing quick-turn content that keeps the brand relevant and timely.
• Design and edit assets using tools like Canva and Photoshop to support campaigns and day-to-day social needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure True Food Kitchen remains at the forefront of the digital landscape
Community Engagement:
• Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and friendly manner, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
• Escalate guest concerns and potential reputation issues in real time to internal stakeholders.
Paid Media Support:
• Collaborate with the creative marketing team, content creators, and external agencies to deliver content tailored for paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Partner with paid media teams to test and optimize creative across channels, leveraging data to refine messaging and formats.
• Identify high-performing organic content and adapt it for use in paid campaigns.
• Create and edit assets optimized for paid media placements, ensuring they meet platform specs and brand standards.
Influencer Support:
• Assist the internal team and external agency partners with influencer activations, providing coordination and logistical support.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Track and measure the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future strategy.
• Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to generate actionable insights.
• Create regular reports on social media and partner performance.
• Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
THE PERFECT PAIRING
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• 5+ years of social media experience in a forward thinking, growing organization. Experience in restaurant or retail marketing a plus.
• Strong content production skills with the ability to communicate your vision to stakeholders and creators.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated history of delivering against KPIs and financial targets
• Ability to work cross-functionally, foster true alignment, overcome operational challenges, and accelerate value delivery
• Strong executive presence and deep communication skills – ability to influence up and down the organization Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries a plus
• Current in digital content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
