The HR Operations specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our regional HR department. This position involves managing various HR processes, reporting and analytics, and coordinating global/regional requests.

  • Data and Reporting: Compile and analyze HR data for presentations, metrics reviews, and leadership updates, including monthly and quarterly HR metrics.
  • Act as a strong tactician for HR-related requests (e.g., reporting, data pulls, project coordination).
  • Standardize and streamline recurring HR tasks to make processes scalable across the region.
  • Leverage employee surveys and feedback channels, coordinating the analysis and follow-up of results across Americas HR teams to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Deployment of HR Processes: Support rollouts of HR programs (performance management, engagement, merit).
  • Coordinate logistics and data consolidation for global and regional HR initiatives.
  • Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Learning & Development - Assists the Americas L&D lead with the organization and coordination of training programs.
  • HR Efficiency - Standardize and streamline recurring HR tasks to make processes scalable across the region.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including workflows for required approvals, benefits enrollment, and other HR procedures while adhering to HR management controls to mitigate organizational risk.
  • HR Marketing - Oversee updates to intranet platforms, newsletters, and other internal content for the region to ensure consistent and relevant HR-related materials.
  • Regional coordination: Acts as a liaison between Americas HR teams, facilitating the exchange of best practices and fostering alignment.
  • Culture and Engagement: Contribute to cultural and engagement initiatives to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Act as a strong tactician for HR-related requests (e.g., reporting, data pulls, project coordination).

  • Leverage employee surveys and feedback channels, coordinating the analysis and follow-up of results across Americas HR teams to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics and data consolidation for global and regional HR initiatives.
  • Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, including workflows for required approvals, benefits enrollment, and other HR procedures while adhering to HR management controls to mitigate organizational risk.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR or HR operations experience.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including Sharepoint.
  • Experience with ADP and Oracle would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment 
  • Effective planning and priority setting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Range for roles performed in NC: $70,000-$90,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, 

experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation 

package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance
