The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:
Transient Sales Coordinator Chef
Exciting Projects Include:
- Creation and management of contracts, presentations and sales reports
- Processing of internal as well as external customer inquiries
- Planning and coordination of sales events, trade fairs and exhibitions
- Processing and managing sales orders - ensuring on-time execution
- Preparing sales reports, including performance reports, forecasts and sales pipeline updates
- Scheduling sales meetings, appointments and travel
- Entering and updating lead information in the CRM system, and distributing leads to appropriate sales reps
- Conducting site inspections in English and German
- Supporting arrangements for VIP clients, providing genuine care for the guests
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the transient sales team (filing, sending emails, typing) and to prepare sales related documents (proposals, contracts, welcome cards, CTQ entries)
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processes
Helpful Experience And Know-How:
- a well-founded training in the luxury hotel industry
- Professional experience in the sales and in the luxury hotel industry is advantageous
- Very good knowledge of English and German in spoken and written language
- Ability to work independently, while being a supportive team player
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of resilience and sense of responsibility
- A friendly, well-kept and professional appearance
- Professional behavior even in stressful situations
- Good MS-Office knowledge and knowledge of Opera software are advantageous

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.263,00 per month. A higher salary will be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
