Regional HR Coordinator

We are looking for a Regional HR Coordinator to oversee and harmonize HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistent policies, compliance, and best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.

What Will You Do:

• Coordinate HR operations across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand.
• Manage recruitment processes, including international freelancers.
• Oversee onboarding and performance reviews during probation and contracts.
• Lead annual performance review cycles and harmonize HR templates.
• Liaise with payroll vendors and local consultants to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor labor law and compliance updates in each country.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and HR advisory.
• Drive cross-border HR initiatives that foster engagement and cultural alignment.

Who we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a regional or international role.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations in Malaysia and Thailand.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Familiarity with payroll and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; regional language skills are a plus.
