Essential Functions:
Manage relationship with Fire Departments and city managers to meet service level agreements in all locations under contract or PO agreements with SVT.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Manage Anaheim SVT team employees to provide class leading service levels and constancy at the SVT Anaheim location and customer off-site properties.
• Provide customers with added value by focusing on continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
• Ensure SVT team productivity and location profit and GP levels meet expectations.
• Provide SVT Team with EVT training and certifications on fire equipment.
• Manage relationships with fire manufacturers to support warranty opportunities and parts sales.
• Manage emergency support road call service including on-site fire support (large fire wildfire support).
• Travel to customer locations in multiple cities for in-person client meetings and quarterly performance reviews to ensure we meet all contract SLA details.
• Consult and support other SVT locations with EVT training, knowledge and Sales support. Sell SVT Service to fire and city fleet support for Anaheim and other SVT locations where applicable. The sales objective is to obtain a PO or full contract with SVT for a minimum of one year term.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• EVT Fire certifications required.
• 5 years’ experience in Fire and EVT fleet maintenance and operation of fire apparatus. Associates degree or course work in Occupational Safety, Environmental Heath, or related fields preferred.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations and general workplace safety practices (training can be provided).
• Strong communication and team building skills.
• Full understanding and certification to complete DOT and BIT inspections to meet federal and local requirements.
• Complete understanding and use of OnPhase, SVT Standard Operating Procedures, Exceed, Decisiv, SVT BI systems, parts sourcing, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Valid driver’s license as well as the ability to fly (travel) to other locations outside of CA.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $110K-$130K (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Plus quarterly bonus (depending on experience)
