DTU Engineering Technology is currently accepting applications for a Research Assistant position.
Responsibilities and qualifications
The position’s primary responsibility will be to assist the group’s research strategy through contribution to funding applications and research projects. Typical tasks will be conducting literature reviews of delimited fields, topics, or literature streams, desk research, as well as data collection, and initial data analysis. As part of the Department of Engineering Technology at DTU the research group has a strong emphasis on economic and business development aspects of technology implementation, and you should share this passion for enhancing the environmental, social, and economic sustainability of business through technology implementation. The successful candidate should expect to work broadly within the field of Business Development, and to engage especially with the areas of sustainability and green energy. Your main tasks will revolve around contributing to research and funding applications within the following areas:
- Business development through technology implementation
- Green transition of organizations and society
- Implementation of green technologies
- Transition of the energy sector
Prior experience in these areas or with collecting and analysing quantitative or qualitative data is an advantage.

- Salary and appointment terms
- The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations. The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.
- The primary place of work is the Department of Engineering Technology, DTU Ballerup Campus.
- The period of employment is 2 months.
