Job Requirements:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance organizational performance.
  • Partner with leadership and the Talent & Development team to identify high-potential talent, support succession planning, and build capabilities across the organization.
  • Diagnose and address HR-related challenges affecting team performance and engagement. Design and implement tailored solutions to improve organizational health.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters. Conduct investigations independently and ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and functional HRBPs to support global programs and lead regional HR projects with precision and alignment.
  • Champion the company’s cultural transformation and act as a driver of change, fostering a value-driven and inclusive workplace.
  • Ensure seamless execution of COE processes, adapting them to regional needs while maintaining alignment with global standards.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8 years or above progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive changes in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
