Performs a variety of document processing and record-keeping tasks associated with customer accounts, requiring thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area. Responsibilities include entering new account information, updating existing records, recording transactions, and providing administrative support. The role also involves customer service duties such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing requested information.
The Operations Specialist is expected to be goal-oriented, consistently working toward achieving defined performance targets related to accuracy, timeliness, and service quality. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Working Hours: shifts between 7am to 9pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain customer account documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain logs, reports, and records in accordance with company standards.
- Support operational goals by meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically two to three years of clerical and customer service experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Solid understanding of products, services, terminology, procedures, and systems related to the assigned area.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Motivated by achieving goals and contributing to team success.
Hybrid/Flexible Schedule:
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
