Assist in the supervision of the Inventory Analyst I, II and Senior positions in Inventory Control.  Keep track of OFM projects in progress and divide analyst workload to make efficient use of resources.

Essential Job Functions

Oversee, track and report on the workload and progress of the OFM Inventory Analysts team.

Monitors the pipeline for store batch release for all IC Projects.     

Delegate the activation of line review orders and reductions, suggested level additions and planogram updates.      

Work with individual analysts to analyze store inventories and make suggestions for their needs.

Train inventory analysts in skills necessary for them to become more valuable team members

Verify that analyst are addressing store's issues in a timely manner

Monitor max-min requests to ensure that analysts are taking care of them within 48 hours

Assign any other assignments as necessary to the appropriate inventory analyst 

Assist the Director of Store Replenishment to conduct staff meeting with inventory analysts.

Review on a regular basis, the job performance of OFM subordinates by completing Performance Reviews for the Inventory Analyst I and II team.

Use integrated management software to prepare and adjust all projects relating to the merchandise of O'Reilly stores. 

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of O'Reilly inventory management principles

Driven by customer service

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent Analytical Skills

Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and Windows based email management

Good Organizational Attributes

Ability to handle multiple projects

Must convey a positive and professional image

Desired:

Two or more years automotive aftermarket sales experience

Two or more years of management experience 

Two or more years of experience in inventory management
