In this Role, you’ll get to(insert Key Roles and Responsibilities)

* Predicting future workforce needs based on historical data, trends, and business objectives.
* Creating work schedules that optimize employee availability and meet operational needs.
* Ensuring the right number of employees with the appropriate skills are in place to meet workload demands.
* Monitoring and adjusting workforce deployment in real-time to address unexpected changes and ensure efficient operations.
* Analyzing workforce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall productivity.
* Ensuring that workforce management practices adhere to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Generating reports on workforce metrics, such as attendance, productivity, and scheduling efficiency, to inform management decisions.
* Implementing and managing workforce management data and tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.

* 従業員の利用可能性を最適化し、運用ニーズを満たす作業スケジュールを作成します。
* 作業負荷の要求を満たすために、適切なスキルを持つ適正な人数の従業員を配置します。
* 予期せぬ変化に対応し、効率的な運用を確保するために、リアルタイムで人材配置を監視し調整します。
* 人材のパフォーマンス指標を分析し、改善点を特定して全体的な生産性を向上させます。
* 労働法、規制、会社の方針に準拠した人材管理の実践を確保します。
* 出席率、生産性、スケジューリング効率などの人材指標に関するレポートを作成し、経営判断を支援します。
* プロセスを合理化し、精度を向上させるために、人材管理データとツールを実装し管理します

What you'll Need to Succeed(insert Requirements)

* Fluent in both English and Japanese
* At least 2 years’ experience in call center relevant industry
* Eligibility to work full-time in Japan(non-Japanese nationality)
* Good communication skills to build up effective collaboration with multiple stakeholder
* Understands the intricacies of forecasting and knows how to build a robust plan that accommodates for variation
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Data Accuracy
* Flexibility and adaptability
