Job Description:
About The Role:
The High Volume Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume manufacturing roles. This role requires a proactive, fast-paced approach to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while building strong relationships with hiring managers. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions, including but not limited to:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Posting job openings across multiple platforms and reviewing all qualified applicants within 48 hours.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and support hiring decisions.
- Scheduling interviews, facilitating debrief sessions, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Tracking key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining compliance with hiring laws and company policies while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role supporting multiple locations.
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in recruiting.
- Experience in high-volume hiring, preferably within a manufacturing or staffing agency setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple roles at once.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet recruitment targets.
Preferred:
- Background in manufacturing operations, production roles, or related job functions.
- Experience with workforce planning and innovative recruitment strategies to reduce turnover.
