Please note that this role is a 9-month, fixed term contract opportunity.

Our purpose in the Performance & Trasnformation team is to ensure that Consumer Division investment initiatives deliver maximum value and benefits while maintaining effective financial oversight and managing risks and opportunities. By adopting agile methodologies, we will enhance flexibility, responsiveness, and collaboration within project teams and stakeholders. 

The role has the following key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Measure & Track Business Impact: Develop and implement robust value tracking frameworks to assess the real impact of marketing, financial, and operational initiatives. 
  • Attribution & ROI Analysis: Establish and refine attribution models (e.g., multi-touch attribution, media mix modelling) to quantify how investments contribute to business KPIs. 
  • KPI Alignment & Performance Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and ensure business initiatives align with strategic goals. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Provide leadership teams with actionable insights on investment performance, cost efficiency, and revenue contribution.

The must haves
  • Proven experience in business analytics, marketing attribution, financial analysis, or performance management (preferably in telecommunications)
  • Strong experience with business intelligence tools and financial modelling
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision-making and influencing business strategy
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Agile or Lean certification is a plus.
  • Prior experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or performance management is a plus
  • Jira Product Discovery understanding is a plus.
