We have fantastic opportunities to join our O2 Daisy arm of the business as a Sales Retention Executive!
Sales Retention Executives work in a strong team environment, focusing on speaking to, upselling to and retaining our existing SMB fixed and mobile base.
The successful candidates will have accountability for ensuring the Pooled SME Customers long term success through their business with us. Your duties will also involve boosting revenue retention, introducing new services, and maintaining a strong emphasis on customer happiness.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Inbound email queries from a shared department email address
- Inbound telephone queries on the department telephone line (currently using AWS)
- Leads on NextGen from a number of different sources; leads generated by the Service teams, Contact Us Enquiry forms and project leads such as 21CV and 3G End Of Life.

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Impressive Customer Relationship skills, with the ability to retain customers.
- Comfortable working in performance motivated environment and able to evidence meeting and exceeding demanding targets.
- Able to example a general understanding of sales techniques and sales cycles.
- Protect revenue by handling In-Life customer renewals across Mobile and Fixed connectivity
- Provide customers with support and guidance to help them thrive using VMO2's products and services
- Strong knowledge of the customers, market and product set; Reasonable ability to grasp our products on both a commercial and technical basis turning what we offer into a tangible benefit for the customer.
