As a Business Manager you'll enable the Director, Planning and Perform and their leadership team to perform effectively, by ensuring they have the right content, data and insight required to operate in a fast changing, complex and dynamic environment. You'll be required to have oversight of the different areas within PTP and its supporting functions to ensure there is strong alignment across the team, CTO, and the wider business.

You'll drive organisation, direction and effectiveness across PTP Leadership and will ensure effective governance and operating rhythm whilst enabling continued improvements aligned to our corporate strategy. You'll also require the ability to build strong partnerships across the wider business. An eye for detail with the ability to think strategically are important for this role.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proficient in creating PowerPoint documents that articulate a complex story clearly – content will need to be produced for EC and Shareholder meetings
  • Proven experience in planning and strategic thinking to define areas of further improvements across PTP/CTO
  • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to manipulate sets of numbers to draw out simple conclusions
  • Capability to deliver E2E cross-functional projects at a high quality, having planned and taken into consideration wider business context that may influence outcome
  • Ability to build strong, lasting relationships at a senior level within VMO2 and at a shareholder level. Robust story telling to take stakeholders on the journey
  • Previous strong judgment, decision making, time management and prioritisation skills- extremely organised and efficient, ability to multi-task many things at once
  • The confidence and skill to influence decisions and behaviours across EC and SLT to ensure the best outcome for PTP/CTO/our customers
