Project Manager for Cloud Solutions Tanzania

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for Cloud Solutions to oversee the successful delivery of cloud-based projects to our clients. The Project Manager will manage the project’s scope, schedule, cost, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with service orders or contracts.

This role requires the application of advanced project management techniques, including the Garage Method for Cloud, Design Thinking, and Agile Delivery Models, to lead the delivery team and collaborate closely with client project managers and other stakeholders

• Lead the delivery of cloud-based projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, and deliverables in alignment with contractual agreements.
• Apply Agile, Design Thinking, and Garage Methodology principles to drive project execution.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and progress.
• Provide detailed project status updates and lead Steering Committee (SteerCo) sessions.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Guide cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to meet project objectives.
• Proven experience in cloud migration, continuous modernization, coexistence architecture, refactoring, containerization, APIs, Microservices, and Kubernetes.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of application components: System of Engagement (SOE), System of Insight (SOI), System of Integration (SOI), System of Records (SOR).
• Hands-on experience delivering projects on at least one major cloud platform: IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Strong risk management and project governance experience.
• Ability to provide clear, detailed status reports and updates to stakeholders.
