The Account Manager will be responsible for net-new business development to Aerospace & Defense and Automotive accounts in the United States. The Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans. The Account Manager will position Infor Cloud Suite ERP products in complex Aerospace & Defense, Automotive and Government Contracting environments.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
- Work with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Develop value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
- Establish, document and maintain communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Generate 5x pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota achievement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise software sales or related experience (ERP, SaaS, or edge solutions).
- Experience selling into Aerospace & Defense, Manufacturing, or Government contracting organizations.
- Experience working in a quota-driven role and with enterprise sales cycles.
- Experiencing presenting to all levels of the organization including C-level team.
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. Must be an American Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working with government contracting compliance frameworks (CMMC, ITAR, DFARS, etc.).
- Experience with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach, Consensus, and Clari (MAPs & Forecasting).
- Experience working with enterprise business processes.
- Experience selling into Aerospace, Defense, Government Contracting, and/or Automotive.
Locations: US Remote (Dallas, TX; Alpharetta, GA)
