About the job you’re considering
Capgemini’s 30,000-person strong Insights and Data practice builds platforms for disruptive business models & new market growth and realizes business value for our clients through AI, data and analytics. We are looking for an Insights & Data Go-to-Market leader focused on the Consumer Products, Retail, Travel & Hospitality and Services sectors. At present, we are looking for someone to serve our clients in the state of Florida, residing in or within commuting distance to Miami, FL.
About your role:
Utilize your strong technical and business competencies and customer service orientation to provide the highest level of business and technical consultation to sales teams, prospects and customers to achieve our growth goals. At a high level, your goal is to expand Capgemini’s presence in the Insights & Data space across one or several client accounts.
- Learn and articulate Insights & Data’s broad set of services, offerings and capabilities as well as Capgemini’s ability to implement successfully those technology solutions.
- Work with our CPRS sector’s field sales professionals on targeting our install base and new logo accounts in specific industries
- Introduce a broad set of technology partner sales professionals to Capgemini sales professionals, and building cadence around key activities/targets/accounts and programs
- Work with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities, and team-selling through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles.
- Participate in client/prospect calls
- Attend and drive client interactions at trade shows and conferences
- Participate in RFP/proposal responses (as part of the team)Your skills and experience:
- Account Management and Delivery experience in a consulting environment.
- Deep understanding of the CPRS market and as well as direct, extensive work experience in at least one of our target industry sectors.
- Possess a deep understanding of the AI, data and analytics domain, developed through several years of direct, hands-on participation in AI & data projects within CPRS sectors.
- Ability to be a highly effective account manager, from account-opening through the development of a mature, trust-based relationship that fosters positive business outcomes
- Understanding of and successful track record in professional services sales and partner-based selling.
- Excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with prospects, customers, vendors and partners to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers.
- Motivated, take initiative and be a team player since we “sell in packs.”
- Selling technology-based, transformational services is complex and requires a person to understand the various roles each stakeholder plays in the process.
- 10+ years Professional Services, Business Development, Account Management and/or partner management experience
- Proven success in both selling and delivering consulting engagements, including close client management and collaborating with senior executives
- Meet and exceed sales targets in excess of $10m annually; manage engagements ranging from $1m to $15m in annual revenues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS degree required, with MBA or equivalent work experience preferred
