Full Stack Web Developer (Kraków-based)

About The Role:

• Based in Kraków, with a central city office close to the Main Market Square and the Kazimierz district. The candidate should be local, as our hardware lab is in the office.
• B2B contract (USD hourly rate), flexible working hours, and remote work options available.
• Your contributions and ideas will be highly valued within a collaborative, respectful environment
• Work alongside team members in both Kraków and San Diego. Join a team that values proactive communication, creative problem-solving, and collaboration across continents (collaboration in Pacific Standard Time hours when needed)

What You’Ll Do:

• Own and deliver key features and solutions across a range of client accounts and business domains
• Actively participate in client meetings, articulating technical strategies in clear, accessible English - don’t just take notes, help set the direction!
• Build and maintain systems that require integration across platforms, using a versatile mix of Full Stack Development
• Ensure consistency and reliability for our clients: you’ll remain engaged with projects for their full lifecycle, building trust and deep context
• Act as a technical advisor, offering input and leadership on architecture, integration, and process improvements

Technical Skills:

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB
• Solid understanding of Typescript
• Frontend: React, Next.js
• Backend: NestJS
• Mobile: React Native
• Serverless: SST.dev
• DevOps familiarity: AWS, Azure (Terraform/Pulumi/CDK)
• IoT, third-party APIs, and system integrations are a plus

Nice To Have:

• Prior experience in professional services or client-facing teams
• Previous work with continuous deployment pipelines and automation
• A background in both development and deployment (“integration mindset”)
