- Facilitate the implementation of various Oracle system patches pertaining to Finance and Supply Chain functions in production environments. Responsibilities include coordinating and conducting technical and analytical assessments, preparing or reviewing functional documentation, and performing comprehensive testing to verify that patches deliver the expected outcomes and maintain optimal system functionality.
- Provide systems education and training to end-user organizations, including the development and/or review of job aids to facilitate the implementation of system modifications.
- Perform Project Management tasks, including leading team activities associated with the development of specific cross-functional work plans to analyze, test, and implement both major and minor system modifications, and managing the execution of the plan through implementation of the modification.
- Collaborate with Oracle, external consultants, internal business stakeholders, and members of the Oracle Support Team to identify solutions for system issues, define both functional and technical requirements for proposed modifications, and analyze relevant data to support system enhancements within the application.
- Prepare, review, and document detailed functional designs for system modifications and enhancements, and translate these functional requirements into specific test conditions with defined expected results for performance and user acceptance testing.
- Provide configuration, implementation, and support services for the Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Provide daily production break/fix support and support the monthly accounting close cycle and other Company business functions.
- Oversee the performance of selected contract employees and consultants, provide direct or indirect supervision of Band 1H and Band 2L internal support staff or outside contractor personnel as required, and support the developmental needs of employees in the areas of interpersonal and communication skills.
- May perform other related assignments as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years' experience
- Minimum five years of full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle Financials and Supply Chain ERP systems, required.
- Strong General Ledger applications experience, required.
- Experience with full-cycle implementations and configuration of Oracle GL, required.
- In-depth experience with Intercompany Accounting, AGIS, and/or Accounting Hub, required.
- Candidate must have skills and knowledge in a multi-organization environment in at least two of the following Oracle R12 modules: Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Payables, Advanced Procurement Suite, or Inventory and Warehouse, required.
- Ability to write and execute system queries utilizing of Structured Quality Language (SQL), required.
- Knowledge of other Oracle R12 modules; iSupplier, iProcurement, iReceivables, Order Management, and E-Business Tax modules, and the integration of Oracle Projects with other Oracle modules, preferred.

- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
