We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will lead and oversee the Talent Acquisition function, collaborating with Hiring Manager, HR Managers, and people leaders to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. You will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring operational excellence, quality hires, and a positive candidate experience. A key focus of this role will be leveraging data and KPIs to inform decision-making, optimize recruitment strategies, and measure success. Your expertise in technical recruitment, particularly in manufacturing and engineering - preferably within the aerospace industry - will be critical in shaping the talent acquisition strategy.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies: Partner with people leaders and HR teams to understand staffing needs and create innovative, scalable recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Strategic workforce planning: Collaborate with business leaders to anticipate future talent needs and build robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Lead and manage the TA team: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to TA team members, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes, ensuring quality hires and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate large-scale hiring efforts: Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
  • Enhance employer branding: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics: Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance and best practices: Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience: Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process to enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in technical recruitment, including sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with recruitment tools: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or similar technical fields is highly desirable.
  • Creative thinker: Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and solve complex hiring challenges.
  • Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills to leverage recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
