We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and HR teams, collaborating closely to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on technical roles in manufacturing and engineering. Your ability to proactively identify top talent, build strong relationships, and create a seamless candidate experience will be key to your success. Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams: Build strong relationships to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
  • Proactively source top talent: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Develop talent pipelines: Create and maintain pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate hiring efforts: Support large-scale recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational demands.
  • Maintain ATS accuracy: Ensure applicant tracking system is updated with accurate and timely candidate information.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience: Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates: Share recruitment progress, metrics, and insights with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously improve recruitment strategies by leveraging best practices and market insights.

Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
  • Demonstrable expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and results-oriented: Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or similar technical fields is highly desirable.
  • Creative problem-solver: Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and overcome hiring challenges.
  • Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and geographies.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
