We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to people leaders and HR teams, collaborating closely to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on technical roles in manufacturing and engineering. Your ability to proactively identify top talent, build strong relationships, and create a seamless candidate experience will be key to your success. Essential Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams: Build strong relationships to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
- Proactively source top talent: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Develop talent pipelines: Create and maintain pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate hiring efforts: Support large-scale recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational demands.
- Maintain ATS accuracy: Ensure applicant tracking system is updated with accurate and timely candidate information.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience: Champion a candidate-centric approach throughout the recruitment process to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates: Share recruitment progress, metrics, and insights with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously improve recruitment strategies by leveraging best practices and market insights.
Qualification/Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace industries.
- Demonstrable expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and results-oriented: Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Experience in the aerospace industry or similar technical fields is highly desirable.
- Creative problem-solver: Ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies and overcome hiring challenges.
- Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and geographies.
- High level of professionalism and integrity: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
