Lead Software Engineer, Development

Responsibilities : Implement solutions that meet the specific needs of the client, involving technical configurations or integrations.

Develop code that is maintainable, upgrade safe, secure, scalable, and robust.

Assisting with the implementation process, troubleshooting issues, and successful code deployment.

Bridge the gap between technical and business teams, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs while leveraging technical capabilities.

Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work.

Work with minimal supervision within self-organizing Agile teams.

Take pride of ownership in code and product features delivered.Qualifications : Experience - 8+ yrs

Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications.

Expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server).

Good knowledge of Client side scripting – JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo

Knowledge of design patterns is required.

Ability to deliver software and artefacts independently

Good understanding of project architecture and software development processes

Experience in Product Engineering is desirable

Exposure to Azure is added advantage
