Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to support new initiatives and process improvements.

Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.

Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams.

Support system implementation, testing, and user training.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure objectives are met on time and within scope.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).
  • Familiar with project management and process mapping tools (e.g., Jira, Visio).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA.
  • Experience in [insert industry, e.g., healthcare, finance, or technology].
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) is an advantage for UAE-based roles.
