This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare technology company as a Virtual Assistant specializing in medical administration. You’ll be at the heart of patient care coordination, managing the entire patient journey from initial inquiry to appointment completion. Working with state-of-the-art automated systems and custom-built CRM platforms, you’ll help streamline healthcare access for patients while supporting a rapidly scaling business. The role offers significant growth potential, including performance-based commission opportunities and the chance to expand your skills in digital marketing and advanced CRM management. You’ll be working with cutting-edge technology including API integrations with multiple laboratories and automated booking systems that are transforming the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient support through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email communications
- Generate accurate quotes for various blood testing services and guide patients through their options
- Efficiently book patient appointments using advanced custom CRM and automated booking systems
- Coordinate with partner clinics to arrange same-day appointments and special accommodation
- Manage relationships with multiple clinic groups to ensure optimal patient scheduling and availability
- Create professional invoices quickly and accurately for seamless patient billing
- Oversee automated processes through integrated APIs with leading laboratory partners
- Develop engaging content for Google My Business and Instagram to enhance brand visibility
- Manage Go High Level campaigns for advertising and lead generation after comprehensive training
- Support business growth initiatives through various administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Medical background strongly preferred with understanding of blood testing procedures, turnaround times, and patient fasting requirements
- Exceptional computer skills with ability to work efficiently across multiple digital platforms
- Outstanding English communication skills (additional languages considered a valuable asset)
- Experience with Go High Level CRM system highly desirable
- Availability to work UK business hours (9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday) with flexibility for Saturday coverage
- Enthusiasm for learning new automated systems and adapting to innovative healthcare technologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patient interactions simultaneously
- Growth mindset with interest in potential commission-based earnings tied to business performance
